Rain <\/span><\/span><\/strong>Policy:<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong>If your DIG reservation falls on a rainy day, we will dig in light rain, but if it turns severe, you may reschedule, or get a refund, or trade your dig fee for some ITEMS in our store! We usually host the UnXplained Tour if it’s light rain. Only the first hour of the tour is outdoors.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h6>
Extreme Heat <\/span><\/span><\/strong>P<\/span><\/span><\/strong>olicy:<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong>All Miners should have drinking water with them upon entering the mine. Bottled water is for sale at our Crystal Store for your convenience.\u00a0 Upon receiving an Extreme Heat Advistory from the National Weather Service, we will close the mine for the remainder of the day. <\/span><\/strong><\/span>Depending on your reservation time, you may reschedule, or get a refund, or trade your dig fee for ITEMS in our store! Thanks for your understanding and we care about your safety!<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h6>
