A practicing astrologer since the early 1980s, Maureen has made a life- long study of the relationship between human experience and celestial positioning. She is also a specialist in ancient stellar myth and observational astronomy, linking the sky-based theology of the ancient world with the signs and planets in modern psychological astrology. Maureen is also a conventional scholar and investigative writer. She holds a fully accredited Ph.D. from Arkansas State University in Heritage Studies, a multidisciplinary academic field covering history, historic preservation, museum studies, and folklore.
