SMARTER Family Membership Code of Conduct and Ethics<\/u> while visiting Board Camp Crystal Mine.\u00a0 <\/strong>(THE FOLLOWING IS SHORT AND SWEET!)<\/strong><\/p>\n

A note from Orville & Cheryl<\/u><\/strong>: \u00a0Hello!\u00a0 Thank you for reading through the text on our website, and we trust you understand that, although participation in SMARTER is, organizationally speaking, a \u201cmembership\u201d by definition, we have included the word \u201cFamily\u201d, because that\u2019s how we would rather approach our relationships and interactions with our Friends, here at Board Camp Crystal Mine!\u00a0 We have stated all along, the \u201cCrystals\u201d bring people together!\u00a0 After spending great times with the great people who have visited here over the years, we have considered our visitors as close as \u201cfriends and family\u201d not just \u201ccustomers\u201d! \u00a0So\u2026 with SMARTER, please join us in the Spirit of \u201cFamily\u201d!\u00a0 Accepting each other as \u201cfamily\u201d includes being the best we can be, while understanding that we are not perfect people.\u00a0 And while we might experience, on occasion, what we feel is negative vibes from someone else at times, let\u2019s remember to practice open positive communication with a sincere quest for the best interest of everyone, upholding the Good of the Earth, and seeking to understand, not just to be understood\u2026 and to forgive, whenever possible!\u00a0 So\u2026 with ALL THIS SAID\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026 when we think of \u201cconduct\u201d and \u201cethics\u201d, it reminds us of what we learned in Kindergarten! \u00a0We already KNOW this stuff! Lol! But, there\u2019s always room for practice, reminding ourselves that, sometimes, our Actions speak louder than Words!\u00a0 When we \u201csend out a message in word or deed\u201d it might not always be \u201creceived\u201d as we intended, because everyone has a different IDEA or INTERPRETATION of what another person\u2019s message is, by the time it\u2019s delivered!\u00a0 We appreciate your reading the following, and by joining the SMARTER Family, you consent that you have read and agree with the following. \u00a0THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for your KINDNESS & UNDERSTANDING!\u00a0 Here we go:<\/p>\n

PERSONAL: BE NICE and PLAY NICELY WITH OTHERS! <\/strong>Please remember the \u201cGolden Rule\u201d in Word and Deed\u2026 what we learned in Kindergarten!\u00a0 ALL are WELCOME who LOVE our Earth!\u00a0 Here at Board Camp Crystal Mine, we will focus on growing to be the best we can be, while giving others the grace to grow and be the best they can be!<\/li>\n
  2. COMMUNITY: <\/strong>We don\u2019t EVER anticipate ANYONE disrespecting this venue or us! We\u2019ve NEVER had a questionable experience with anyone with whom we couldn\u2019t sit and talk reasonably.\u00a0 <\/strong>Obviously, there need to be checks and balances, and a system of implementing the curfews and boundaries.\u00a0 As most of us know, and others will experience, Board Camp Crystal Mine is Home to some very special energy\u2026 energy that is interactive\u2026 positive and healing. \u00a0<\/strong>This piece of our Earth is a very special place!\u00a0 And we LOVE to SHARE it with YOU!\u00a0 We EXPECT to continue to build a strong sense of community rooted deeply in respect, love and kindness towards others. \u00a0And as we sow the Good Seeds of Love, the Earth will continue to grow and produce a bountiful harvest!<\/li>\n
  3. LEGAL FORMALITIES: LEGAL STUFF is a requirement of business culture.\u00a0 <\/strong>All Members will be required to read and agree with the \u201crules\u201d, as before, and sign waivers, as required.\u00a0 As you can imagine, ANY behavior that in management\u2019s opinion, would be considered disruptive or illegal, would need to be addressed swiftly and appropriately, but such a scenario would be a scene out of a \u201cscary movie\u201d, not a scene at Board Camp Crystal Mine!<\/li>\n
  4. POSITIVE OUTCOME: Our collective goal is a POSITIVE OUTCOME in all we do to benefit our Earth!\u00a0 <\/strong>This is what SMARTER is all about, and why you\u2019ve elected to join the SMARTER Family Membership!\u00a0 We\u2019ve always said, \u201cCrystals are best when they\u2019re shared.\u201d\u00a0 We, as humans, depend on each other and our Earth depends on us!\u00a0 Working together, we are the Caretakers and Guardians to ensure that our Earth, starting right here at Board Camp Crystal Mine, continues to produce the BEST energized Crystals, and other beautiful gifts, because those gifts will not be exploited here. \u00a0We are the Researchers and Students, continuing to share our knowledge with each other, to learn and grow for the Good of All. Through your Membership, your gifting in Love to this cause, as realized in volunteer opportunities available financially, physically, mentally and spiritually, will ensure that the Earth and its Crystals will be nurtured year in and year out, and where future generations will visit to enjoy a bountiful harvest!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
