Hello Friends! A personal message to all our Wonderful Friends we’ve made over the years, because of Board Camp Crystal Mine!  As we age, it’s inevitable that we must make provision for getting the help we need to continue to operate Board Camp Crystal Mine.  Step One has been to get our daughter, Debbie, to help us. We’re excited! Deb just moved here permanently!  Needing a house, she will be taking over the little house we used as the Crystal Cottage, as her private residence, so we will no longer be renting out the little house.  Ya’ll can still visit Board Camp Crystal Mine and the UnXplained Tours and make overnight lodging plans at the many neat places here throughout Polk County!  The Crystal Mine and UnXplained Tours are OPEN!  And will continue to be open, as we continue to work on the gradual transfer over of duties.  We are excited about the future, and Deb has made a “connection” here if you know what we mean… so we know everything is working out like it’s supposed to!  We must pass on our responsibilities on to the next generation, in a responsible manner, to keep Board Camp Crystal Mine alive and thriving! Deb’s helping out is Step One!  Thanks for understanding, and we will be making more announcements of changes as time goes on.  As always, we appreciate all of you… our customers, who are now Friends, because of Board Camp Crystal Mine.  Can’t wait for yall to meet Debbie!  She’s a great person!  Our love and best wishes to Everyone!  Orville and Cheryl
